Services Provided by GRIET

GRIET provides the services required for its students and faculty with a view to make their stay comfortable. The main services provided are :

Canteen : GRIET has a canteen which can accommodate a large number of students & faculty with an excellent seating arrangement. It provides a variety of food items covering all categories like meals, tiffins, snacks, fastfoods and bakery items with a homely taste at affordable prices and hygienic conditions. It has a good number of cooks beside maintenance and service staff.

Bus Service : GRIET has a good number of buses for the benefit of its students. There are separate buses for the faculty. The buses ply on a continuous basis from JNTU bus stop and GRIET between 7:30 am and 11:30 am in the morning and 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm in the evening. Special buses for students staying back for sports, library and extra classes. Bus Service is also available for students and staff from MMTS, Hitec City. Route buses are available from LB Nagar, ECIL X Roads and Miyapur. More buses shall be introduced on demand and strength basis. Bus service from Mehidipatnam and Jubilee Hills is already on the anvil. The buses are fitted with comfortable seats and FM Radio for entertainment.

Playgrounds : Spacious provision for outdoor/ indoor games. There are grounds for Cricket, Volley Ball, Basket Ball, Throw Ball and Badminton. Indoor facilities such as modern gym, Table Tennis, Chess and Carroms are also frequented by the students and staff.

Medical : Medical facilities are available with Dr.Ramachandra Raju along with a medical assistant on campus from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM everyday.

Store: Departmental store with all the amenities including Xerox, telephone booth are available throughout college hours.

Standy Power Supply: Two standy generators are available with 250 KVA and 85 KVA.

Post Office and Bank: Andhra Bank,GRIET branch at Miyapur and ATM of OBC (24/7)on campus are available.
